Product return policy

We take every care to make sure our products reach you in perfect condition.

If you feel the product just isn't right for you, you may arrange a return within 28 days.

If you believe your product is faulty, please check our FAQ section or call our support team if the fault relates to set-up. If this does not resolve the issue, please let us know within 28 days and we will arrange for you to return the product to us. If a fault develops after 28 days, the product can be returned for repair under the conditions of its warranty.

If you believe you have a faulty accessory let us know within 90 days and we will send you a replacement.
