This applies to all products except C5 in-ear headphones which make intimate contact with the body once the box seal has been broken. If you believe your product is faulty, please check our FAQ section or call our support team if the fault relates to set-up. If this does not resolve the issue, please let us know within 28 days and we will arrange for you to return the product to us.
