Field Support Specialist - West Coast

Bowers & Wilkins, based in downtown Redwood City, is looking for a Field Support Specialist to manage the Magnolia stores in the West Coast. Our founder, John Bowers, started this company in 1966 with a single loudspeaker and the vision, “if you create a better product, you will sell it.” Today, we are the market leaders in the premium audio category and are used by musicians and producers in the best studios in the world. In May 2016, we ushered in a new era for Bowers & Wilkins through an acquisition by Silicon Valley startup, Eva Automation, led by Gideon Yu. Combining Eva’s culture of fast-paced technology innovation and the audio heritage of Bowers & Wilkins will allow us to create fantastic home entertainment experiences that make it easier and better for people to use the products they love.

Objectives:

• Build relationships and product knowledge for the brand at the Magnolia locations in the assigned territory

Requirements:

• 5 - 8 years experience in the performance audio industry.
• Must have a strong audio background that includes stereo, multichannel and distributed audio.
• Needs to have experience training sales staff.
• Should have consumer electronics retail experience.
• Passion for the brand.
• Excellent communications skills with the ability to make personal connections with the individual staff and have the ability to conduct store/regional training sessions.
• Passion for the brand.
• Frequent travel to the accounts/stores is required.
• A curious, creative personality. A sense of humour. A drive to succeed.
• Highly motivated
