Bowers & Wilkins is seeking an Email Marketing Manager to join our Growth team in our headquarters in Redwood City, CA. Would you like to join an elite growth team led by the best in the business? As an Email Marketing Manager, you’ll provide email leadership across the funnel from awareness, acquisition, engagement to revenue. You will be working with all our product categories globally; you’ll lead the initiatives for all our products up and down the funnel. You’ll develop the strategies, create the timelines, and work with our creative, production, and technical teams to ensure your projects are delivered on time and budget. Most importantly, you’ll consistently scale our revenue, engagement and exponentially grow our list size.


• Conceptualize, develop, and implement full-scale email programs in a small team setting
• Optimize & build new email campaigns, related creative & landing pages, newsletters, promotional email, conduct regular email-marketing assessments & audits to improve performance and final deliverability analysis.
• Develop and execute A/B and multivariate test plans to drive outstanding results and then iterate ROI and user acquisition.
• Manage the creation of all email campaign elements, including copy, design, coding, and reporting.
• Manage internal client relationships and be a central point of execution for all things email.
• Leverage data vendors such as Acxiom, DMP’s, to enhance our CRM and drive precision, targeting and personalization
